Chef Welford Williams has been in the catering business for over 30 years. He got started in the family kitchen with his father, who is also a chef. He began professionally as a dishwasher, and has climbed the industry ladder from there to Banquet Chef of an Executive Country Club, then Executive Chef for a Fine Dining Restaurant, and finally to owner of First Run Catering.
